FLOW DESCRIPTIONThe cleaned paddy is conveyed to the COMBIHULL CH 10/1260, where it is subjected to shelling, via the pneumatically controlled inlet bin(s) of the rubber roll sheller(s).
The mixture of paddy, cargo and husk enters the closed circuit husk separator(s) on its feeding screw. This screw distributes the mixture over the entire suction width of the husk separator(s)
The separator(s) separate(s) the product into three fractions. Husk and light particles are blown to the ouside by a husk blower system.
The middle fraction (immature grain etc.) is fed back to the combihull (rubber roll sheller and husk separator)

High-Capacity Combihull CH 10/1260 Combination of High-Capacity Rubber Roll Sheller and Closed Circuit Husk Separator The COMBIHULL is designed to permit most efficient husking and husk separation of all paddy varieties at highest capacity. After leaving the Rubber Roll Sheller, the mixture of shelled rice, husk, immature grain, brokens and paddy kernels is uniformly distributed by a distributing worm over the entire width of the Closed Circuit Husk Separator. Three fractions, i. e. Shelled and unshelled kernels, immature grain and brokers as well as husk are removed by three worm conveyors to their separate outlets. Fan blades of the special ventilator incorporated in the husk separator are not coming in contact with husk, paddy, or cargo rice. Thus, these blades are not subject to wear. |

The spearation chamber is illuminated and inspection windows permit easy observation and adjustment of the separation efficiency.

Function of Rubber Roll Sheller
The paddy enters into the spring-suspended feeding hopper. On increasing paddy level, the feeding hopper lowers and actuates a pneumatic valve prior to reaching its bottom position. The pneumatic valve starts automatic operation. At this stage, the inlet gate provided in the feeding hopper opens and at the same time the movable roll advances towards the fixed roll. This patented system combined with the application of two separate cooling fans for intensive cooling of the rubber rolls ensures extreme roll life and thus helps achieving lowest operation costs on applying the SCHULE Rubber Roll Sheller Type S 10 PR. The sheller should preferably be connected to an aspiration system.
The mixture of shelled rice, paddy and husk leaves the rubber roll sheller through the oulet. Usually, the rubber roll sheller is combined in one unit with the closed circuit husk separator COMBIHULL CH 10/1260.
